Brand Foundation

The brand foundation is the base from which all brand elements will be created. The brand foundation is made up of three elements:

  • Brand Vision is your company's plan—how you want to be seen by the world, and where you intend to go in the future. Your brand vision should be your inspiration, and the framework for all your strategic planning. Your brand vision should answer the question, “Where do we want our company to go?”

  • Brand Mission is a brief description of your company’s fundamental function. Your mission statement answers the question, “Why do we exist?” Your brand mission conveys your core beliefs and values.

  • Brand Values are the ideas your company brand stands for. Your brand values act as a benchmark to measure behaviours and performance, but can also be communicated via your marketing material.
