Latest News: Email "Always Allow" Feature
Date: 09 November 2006
With ever increasing levels of junk email, using the Junk Mail Filter in the Control Panel is one of the best ways to stop junk mail getting into your mailbox.
No Junk Mail Filter is perfect though and occasionally some genuine email will be caught by the filter. If this happens on a regular basis then you can use our new "Always Allow" feature to ensure you always receive email from certain email addresses or whole domains.
To use the new feature simply login to your Control Panel and click "Email Configuration" and then "Junk Mail Filters". In the area "Always Allow by Sender" simply enter in a whole email address such as person@domain.com or if you would like to allow all email from a whole domain name then simply enter domain.com.
We have added this feature in response to customer feedback, thank you to everyone who suggested this new feature.
