Michael Associates and British Precast work together to attain awards success

Leicester based new media agency, Michael Associates are dusting down their dinner jackets following and invitation by their clients, British Precast to join them as guests at the Trade Association Forum Awards taking place on the 24th July at the Intercontinental Hotel, Park Lane, London.

British Precast, the trade association for the precast concrete and masonry industry in the UK, also based in Leicester, has been shortlisted in not one, but two of this year’s awards categories, ‘Website of the Year award’ and the ‘Best Annual Report of the Year Award’. The Michael Associates team have been invited to join them at the event as the design team behind their short-listed entries.

Michael Associates were responsible for the design, development and build for the British Precast website at www.britishprecast.org. Michael Associates worked with British Precast to create an open website that provides their marketing team with full control of the site. Michael Associates regularly assist in the development of new content for the site in the form of podcast, flipbooks, galleries, videos and other interactive content to create an accessible, valuable and innovative site to fulfil the needs of the association’s members and target markets including architects, specifiers and engineers.

For the first time this year Michael Associates also took on the design and development of the British Precast Annual Review and Accounts Reports for the company after creating new branding for the association. The clear and open design of the Annual Review shows that the world of concrete is anything but grey, showcasing a wide range of both member and association projects throughout the year and is packed with information about each of the numerous product associations who make up British Precast.
