SendMail includes professionally designed email templates
that have been tested to work with all email clients
including Outlook, Thunderbird, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo,
etc.
Michael Associates Ltd can create your own bespoke
templates which we can install for you to use.
You can use the built-in professionally designed email
templates when creating a campaign or you can use your own
HTML email template that we’ve designed directly from the SendMail
Control Panel.
It's easy for you to use SendMail’s built-in campaign
editor to create visually stunning newsletters, promotional
emails and flyers. If you can use Microsoft Word, you can
use SendMail and one of the integrated or bespoke templates
to create an email campaign in around 20 minutes.
Not every client will want to use SendMail's campaign editor
so that's why we've included 3 different ways to import
content for an email campaign: use the editor, upload
a file or import a file from a web site.
SendMail comes with a 100 page user guide to get you up
and running quickly. The guide explains exactly how you can
create; send and track you own email campaigns.
In addition Michael Associates Ltd offers user training
for clients that would like it.
You can create custom fields to capture additional details
about people subscribing to your mailing lists, which you
can then use to personalise the subject line and content
of any emails you send out through SendMail.
SendMail allows you to create HTML-only, text-only or multipart
(HTML and text) emails. When you choose multipart, SendMail
will automatically deliver the most appropriate format
to each subscriber’s inbox, depending on whether
their email client can display HTML emails or not.
For each email campaign you send, you can see exactly
how many people opened their email, how many people unsubscribed,
which links they clicked, email forwarding statistics and
more. SendMail’s campaign reporting features are
not matched by any other email system on the market.
For each email campaign you can enable/disable link click
tracking and email open tracking. You can also embed
images as attachments along with each email so recipients
are not prompted to display images by their email client.
SendMail was designed from the start to be able to support
the sending of many thousands of emails without crashing
or without any problems - such as duplicate sending.
The developers spent months building and testing just this
one part of SendMail to make sure it was rock-solid.
Use SendMail's built-in form creation wizard to create
subscription forms that you can place on your websites
to collect your visitors details. If you have an existing
email subscriber list you can import that too, all from
SendMail.
You can easily create and send unlimited autoresponder
emails on autopilot with SendMail. You can even filter how
you send them ensuring your autoresponder is only sent to
subscribers who match certain criteria, such as a particular
age, location or interest.
SendMail makes it easy to remove bad email addresses from
your subscriber lists with its built-in bounce handling
engine. Simply setup an email account to accept bounced
emails when you send a campaign and SendMail takes
care of the rest.
After you create your email campaign, it can be sent immediately
or can be scheduled to send at any time in the future
using SendMail's built-in scheduling wizard. You can
even set the campaign up so it tells you via email
when it starts emailing your campaign and when it has completed
its task.
Save time and perform bulk campaign tasks such as delete,
archive and activate with just a few clicks using SendMail's
bulk tasks option.
SendMail can archive all sent email campaigns into individual
RSS feeds for each mailing list. You can then use a
free tool such as Magpie RSS or create your own code to display
a campaign archive on your web site.

- Bounce processing differentiates between types (hard,
soft). SendMail detects a hard bounce and sets
the status of the subscriber to bounced and never emails them again. SendMail
detects a soft bounce but does not change the status
of the subscriber until a soft bounce has occurred 5 times on that
same subscriber. Once an email has soft bounced
5 times, it is treated as a hard bounce. Soft Bounces are bounces that
are caused due to inbox being full, server issues
etc, a hard bounce is where the system recognizes that the email address
does not exist.
- Add company details to a mailing list and they will
work as custom fields when sending an email.
- Associated with a mailing list not with a user
(means sharing a list between user will show custom fields
correctly).
- Can be associated with multiple lists at once.

- If you don’t have the personal details for

Subscriber IP is now a usable custom field replacement when
